About Us

One Source Solutions

is a North Carolina based company that offers a variety of products and value-added services in the areas of credit/debit card and check processing, full service ATM, rapid exposure digital advertising, and interactive digital concierge.  Founded in 2001, One Source Solutions began by providing North Carolina merchants and banks the capability to process debit/credit card transactions as well as electronic processing of personal checks at the point of sale.  As our merchant and bank relationships flourished, we realized that many of our customers also had unmet needs in the areas of ATM services & customer gift-and-loyalty programs and worked hard to deliver valuable service in these areas of unmet customer needs.

One Source also found further ways to service customer needs by making available cash advance funding to merchants who needed working capital in our slowed economy during a time when banks cut back on the availability of commercial loans.  We have also brought value to our customers through our partnership with experts in web-site development and optimization.

One Source enjoys strong relationships with several of the most reputable credit card processors, ATM processors, and POS companies to provide a wide variety of solutions for a wide variety of merchant needs.  Today, One Source Solutions takes great pride in having built over 5,400 customer relationships in the payment processing, ATM, and digital media industries.  One Source is also among the fastest growing payment processing, digital media, and ATM companies in North America.

Whether you are a nationwide chain or a single location merchant, One Source has the experience and technology to customize a focused solution to fit your company’s individual needs today and the flexibility to service any new needs your company may have in the future.  Your complete satisfaction with our products and services is our top priority and is the benchmark by which we evaluate ourselves.  We achieve our goals through a simple three-step process: by truly listening and identifying your company’s needs, then by presenting the most appropriate solution for your approval, and then by making a relentless commitment to continually delivering value to your company.  One Source Solutions doesn’t just save you time and money, we can increase your business with our complete package of financial services.  Our commitment to integrity, transparency, and excellence in service is the foundation for what is now a nationally recognized force in the payment processing and ATM industries with customer retention rates of more than 3 times the industry average.  Ultimately, One Source doesn’t want to simply become your “supplier”, we want to work hard to become a long-term valued asset to your business.

I’m a seasonal merchant. Does my merchant account still need to be PCI Compliant?

Yes, all merchants, whether small or large, need to be PCI compliant. The payment brands have collectively adopted PCI DSS as the requirement for organizations that process, store or transmit payment cardholder data. Inherent in having a merchant account is the ability to handle cardholder data.
